Robert has been an adviser since 2004. Robert founded RJN Financial Solutions in 2008 and has been committed to delivering financial advice and peace of mind to all clients. Robert joined the Alpha group in 2017 and is passionate about investments and constructing portfolios for his clients. Robert became Chairperson in 2026.
Toni made the career switch from Accounting to Financial Planning in 1998 and has built a niche practice over the years. Toni has been General Manager of Alpha since 2005 and is the lifeblood of the group, ensuring our network remains connected and adapts to an everchanging regulatory environment. Toni co-ordinates all Alpha events and works very closely with the Chairperson and Sponsorship Coordinator.
Jake started his career in financial services in 1999 and was a founding member of Bridgewood. Jake became a member of Alpha in 2011 and was appointed Sponsorship Coordinator in 2017. Jake works closely with our valued sponsors to ensure better outcomes for all stakeholders, in addition to supporting the Chairperson and General Manager.
