Financial Affairs was founded in 1989 in the Bayside Area of Melbourne. The business has matured to become a significant provider of advice to SMSF Trustees. In 2015 Financial Affairs was purchased by AB Phillips; a diverse business with operations in Financial Planning, Accounting, Mortgage Broking, General Insurance. Soon after the Financial Planning operations were consolidated onto one License trading as Financial Affairs. The AB Phillips Group incorporating Financial Affairs employs over 95 staff across two locations in Moorabbin and Frankston. Financial Affairs has 18 staff including 5 Advisers. We believe that we have the scale to provide a fully integrated service offer for Clients and with Owners working in the business have maintained the personal touch; it is our knowledge, experience, and people that set us apart.
